How long is a home inspection?

A home inspection varies by the size of the home, but generally an inspection lasts roughly 3 hours. Additional inspections and testing will also add to this time.

Should I be at the Home Inspection?

We do recommend that you attend the inspection, although it is not mandatory. The benefit of attending the inspection is the ability to go over any questions or concerns that come up during the inspection while on site.

When will I receive the inspection report?

The Home Inspection Report is normally emailed to you within 24 hours unless otherwise communicated. Reports from additional services such as Water, Radon, or Septic Inspections will be emailed as soon as possible.
